Each improvement engagement includes a clear, structured, and fully traceable Improvement Report detailing observations, analyses, actions, and measurable results. Our transparent reporting ensures that both the customer and the supplier clearly understand the progress made, the impact created, and the remaining improvement opportunities.

IQA signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before every project and maintains strict confidentiality throughout all supplier improvement activities. All customer and supplier information, documents, and operational data remain protected and are used solely within the defined improvement scope.
